What you'd do
- Manage central knowledge base and keep product information accurate, current, and consistent for vendors.
- Support vendor partners daily with brand training, tools, and case management using SOPs.
- Monitor consumer interactions across eCommerce channels and coach vendors to drive performance.

- Communicate fluently in spoken and written Korean and conversationally in English.
