What you'd do
- Execute and lead B2B ad sales to F&B brand HQ clients and negotiate key advertiser contracts
- Set and manage sales KPIs including revenue,new advertiser acquisition,and retention rates
- Establish mid-to-long-term sales strategy and GTM roadmap based on market and competitor analysis
What they want
- Bachelor degree or higher with 8 or more years of B2B ad sales,operations,planning,or consulting experience
- Understanding of and practical experience with mobile and performance advertising
- Experience setting and achieving KPIs including revenue,conversion,and ROI through strategic execution
Nice to have
- Experience at a global ad platform,Ad-tech firm,or fast-moving advertising or tech environment
- Experience defining market opportunities proactively and creating new sales strategies
