What you'd do
- Lead and support supplier process improvements in machining,welding,and quality management systems
- Manage supplier-related improvement projects from planning to execution with timeline,deliverable,and cost accountability
- Conduct and participate in supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
What they want
- 7 or more years of experience in supplier quality engineering,machining or welding process control,or manufacturing quality systems
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering,Materials Science,Industrial Engineering,or related technical field
- Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and conduct DWG reviews
Nice to have
- Display or semiconductor process kit and equipment knowledge covering CVD,PVD,or OLED components
- Experience with PFMEA or PQP documentation
- Cross-functional project coordination experience with suppliers and internal stakeholders
