What you'd do
- Lead global field service strategy for ASM Samsung Account across Korea and US
- Manage a 100-person field service and operations organization
- Act as senior service escalation owner driving rapid resolution for Samsung
What they want
- 20+ years experience in semiconductor equipment or related capital equipment
- Direct customer-facing leadership experience supporting Samsung Account
- Strong background with ALD equipment such as Thermal ALD or PEALD
Nice to have
- Direct experience supporting Samsung Foundry or Memory businesses
- Master in engineering or equivalent, MBA preferred
- Deep understanding of fab operations and long-term service partnerships
