What you'd do
- Provide on-site customer support for PDC/VeritySEM system installations,diagnoses,and repairs
- Collaborate with customers to develop leading-edge semiconductor processes
- Design and execute DOEs; analyze data statistically and compile technical reports
What they want
- Hands-on experience with CD-SEM,VeritySEM,or semiconductor metrology tools in a fab
- Ability to support system installations,diagnostics,and equipment repair on-site
- Experience designing experiments and applying statistical analysis to process data
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SK Hynix Icheon fab processes and yield engineering
- Background in advanced node metrology requirements for logic or DRAM
