What you'd do
- Design end-to-end KPIs and monitor logistics operations from fulfillment center to last-mile delivery
- Develop decision support systems to improve operational efficiency using data analysis and insights
- Define and improve key metrics and communicate analysis results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What they want
- 3 or more years of practical experience in data analysis or equivalent project experience
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to use Python for data extraction,analysis,and automation
- Experience defining problems from data and deriving actionable solutions through analysis
Nice to have
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot to improve productivity
- Experience with scheduling tools like Airflow or scripting repetitive task automation
- Experience building dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar visualization tools
