- Help AI teams use NVIDIA training frameworks including Megatron-LM,NeMo-RL,and TensorRT-LLM
- Advise on AI model lifecycle from pre-training through post-training and optimization

- 5+ years hands-on AI model lifecycle experience including pre-training,SFT,and reinforcement learning post-training
- Strong software engineering skills for debugging and optimizing ML workflows
- Deep understanding of LLM training and inference optimization
Nice to have
- CUDA programming experience
- Familiarity with Megatron-LM,NeMo,or TensorRT frameworks
- Publications in NeurIPS,ICML,or similar venues
