What you'd do
- Provide on-site technical support for Metal-Package PVD semiconductor process equipment at customer sites
- Support customer manufacturing operations by developing and optimizing Metal-Package processes
- Design and execute DOE and process experiments,analyze data statistically,and prepare technical reports
What they want
- Bachelor degree in Materials Science,Physics,Electrical Engineering,Semiconductor Engineering,or related field
- 3 to 7 years of experience in a semiconductor fab or semiconductor equipment environment
- English proficiency for technical communication
Nice to have
- Master degree or PhD in a related field
- Hands-on experience with PVD or metal deposition processes
- Advanced packaging process knowledge
