- Serve as trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on rewards program design
- Manage benefits programs and vendor relationships for Korea

- Experience leading country-level rewards programs in a multinational company
- Strong analytical and modeling skills for compensation data
Nice to have
- Prior experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry compensation
- Knowledge of Korean labor law and statutory benefits requirements
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS for compensation administration
