What you'd do
- Provide on-site technical support for Applied Materials PVD systems including installation and qualification
- Support,maintain,and optimize PVD and EP processes for advanced metal-packaging applications
- Collaborate with advanced manufacturing teams to enable next-generation semiconductor packaging
What they want
- Hands-on experience with PVD,electroplating,or metal packaging process engineering
- Ability to support system installations,qualification,and equipment repair on-site
- Experience designing and executing process experiments and statistical data analysis
Nice to have
- Experience with advanced packaging: HBM,chiplet integration,or fan-out packaging
- Background in semiconductor packaging materials and interconnect processes
