What you'd do
- Design and standardize counterfeit and IP protection policies across all Coupang business areas
- Execute audit programs focused on high-risk IP abuse areas with checklist development and strict maintenance
- Investigate high-risk IP infringement cases,collaborate with related teams,and resolve issues swiftly
What they want
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IP policy,audit,compliance,risk management,fraud prevention,or equivalent
- Proven expertise and deep understanding of IP,counterfeit,and brand protection in large e-commerce marketplaces
- Experience with risk control frameworks such as business risk assessment and regulatory review
Nice to have
- Experience working in e-commerce environments
- Experience with risk modeling or scenario analysis
- Master degree or higher in law,forensics,or investigative studies
